Initial brief
This is where it all begins, the initial meeting. This is where, like a well tailored suit, we get all your ideas, wishes, concepts written down, we discuss budgets, layouts, builders, materials, site works, where we can save money, where we can spend it, its the melting pot of idea's, and from here the dream begins to turn into reality.

Concept design
Ideas turn into something more tangible, dimensioned sketches, progressing into three dimensional views and 3d walk throughs. We work through this process until we get it right, to ensure that you are happy with the final result.

Approvals and Permits
Once the design has been approved, we are ready to move onto the next stage, documentation, whether it be DA (Development Approval) or Working Drawings.The Working Drawings are the details that the Builder requires to build the home from the floor to the extent of tiling and material selections and everything in-between. This stage is also necessary for Building Approval.
Before this stage DA (Development Approval) maybe required, but that can be discussed on each individual basis, but rest assured that there is no extra cost for this stage in the approvals.

Interior Design
As part of our services we can also offer Interior design selections, from a handpicked group of Perth's leading Interior Designers, depending on project, budget and personality.

Landscape Design
In addition to our Interior Design services we also can offer Landscape Design service with only Perth's best , again depending on budget, project and personality.

Tender
Apart from the design of your new home, the other important phase is the building process, from my years of experience, I cannot stress enough how important choosing the right Builder is, its a relationship that will last at least 12 months, and therefore it is a relationship based on trust, and mutual respect. If you do not have a Builder, we are more than happy to assist, to Tender your project to our hand picked Builders that we have had years of experience working with each other, and leave nothing to chance.
Of course this is also subject to your budget, project and personality. We want this journey to be an enjoyable experience, that at the end we all want to remain friends and be proud of our achievement.

Well and truly after the design and documentation phase is completed and construction begins we are always there to provide you with assistance, advice to ensure that your home is all that it was designed to be and more.
